Mine went off as I opened the door after trying a new wax - I think I hit the panic button by accident and for a few moments the high pitched screaming of the alarm left me dumbfounded - It took me a while to find the key, shine the light on the "unlock" button and figure out what to do. Dogs were barking, glass was breaking, my hearing is just now returning to normal.
