What I would do is print out the TSB list that is posted here on this forum and take it with you, the Service Writer/ Manager will know that you are
Educated about our cars as you know most of them are not. The dealer you purchased your car from may have a great sales team, but their service may just suck. It may be a crap shoot until you can find a Service Dept and Tech that you can trust. Just take your car to any Dealer and let them know what is wrong with the car, and more importantly make sure they have a
CERTIFIED XFire Tech on site. Also before your car goes in do like I do, take pictures/video of your car before and after the Service is done. I am very lucky to have 2 great dealers with 2 Great Certified Techs in my local area, and they are a Father and Son team also one them owns a XFire.
Hope this helps.
