I went in for two of the same things you went in for, an oil change, to replace the fog lamps because the silver cap came off, and also to replace the lamp holder above the license plate, because it is tripping the lamp out indicator on the dash. The fog lamps were replaced under warranty, and of course I paid for the oil change. The first two items it took the dealership two days to do, (I did have a rental at least), I am still waiting for the lamp holder for the license plate light.
So I think you are at least looking at least 1-2 days.
