We have responded in other threads to the complaints issued by "Sidez" and emailed him repeatedly via his personal email and this website requesting he call us immediately or email us and have not had a response.

We have had serious problems with our web and email hosting service which has simply prevented us from getting our order forms. This problem has been corrected, and apologies have been issued. We have not had any problems with any other customers regarding this issue other than "Sidez" and have received warm responses from many. We are a new and expanding company and highly value the reputation of ourselves and especially that of CTD-Germany and do not appreciate being prematurely called "scammers," after many repeated attempts to contact "Sidez" over the past three days.

We have aimed to make a positive contribution in the United States for the Crossfire community where others have left the car behind. We hope to soon be bringing the products of Startech and many other reputable manufacturers to the United States as well. Accusations of overcharging are unfounded wherein we have managed to produce the best prices on parts such as the Rotex Gold Brake Pads for the Base, Limited and SRT6 models per the requests of the members of CROSSFIREFORUM.ORG at the best prices to be found. We continually strive every day to reduce our prices for your sake and bring your an increased range of unique products.

I have personally offered to make up this oversight on our part to "Sidez" and have had no response. It is nothing but my wish to cater to the members of this website. We hope to continue to do so with this custom grille, and future products.

I believe it was inquired recently of me as to where else Aiden Designs has produced happy customers. As stated, we are a new and growing company in partnership with CTD-Germany and have focused on the products for the Crossfire and 350Z before launching into other categories (if you notice on our website those are the only two completed sections). The members of this website have been our primary focus thus far.

I hope to work with the members of this community in the future and enjoy a positive and fruitful business relationship. I hope this clears up some of the previous questions posed, if there are any others please do not hesitate to inquire (no personal inquiries as in other threads please).
