Thanks for the prompt reply.

So now since the vehicle has been driven in the rain, am I to assume water is in the frame, thanks to the dealers ineptness. Would putting it on a ramp allow it to drain before installing plugs? Would requiring the dealer to drain and rustproof be a possible after the fact solution?
