I highly doubt it. My car before this was a 2003 Ford Focus ZX3 5 spd. That car had a great manual tranny and weighed 2,500 lbs and it still would only run a high 16 1/4 mile from the factory, and that was with 130 hp/135 tq. Even with intake, header, high flo cat, flex pipe, cat back exhaust, underdrive pulley, ported throttle body and a chip the Focus would still only run mid to high 15's. You seem to have a warped sense of what a Dodge Neon can do. I've driven RT and ACR models and I still think they're pieces of ****. I don't know what an auto crossfire runs, though I do know that the difference between my 6 spd and my dad's auto is night and day.
