maybe... Since there is only 1 throttle body only 1 intake tube is necessary. If you have 2 sources of air coming at one another it might cause some turbulence before the throttle body. The whole point is to make the intake more efficient... less is better here.
Hey stryfox, I was thinking about taking your idea one step further, check this out. Some might have seen this setup before on mustangs and it worked really well. It would take some modifications but it would shield the filter from the heat/water plus grab cold air from one of the best airflow places, the bottom of the car. It is from March Performance.
