Default Re: Did you buy it for attention? Not me, but...

I've always liked the styling of the Chrysler cars, but only from 1968-1971, and then a renewed resurgence of interest in 2004-2006... and now the 2008 Dodge Demon and Challenger are coming out. Forget about the 1980's, too many drugs for people to get anything right back then.

Rides I've owned:

1970 Dodge Challenger R/T
1971 Cuda 340
(was an idiot and sold them in 1997 at 1/6 of $ what they would get now).
2005 Dodge SRT-4 with Stage 3/toys, frame-brace, trac bars, coilovers (faster than my old Cuda and handles much better).
2005 Crossfire SRT-6 stylish, great brakes, but believe it or not, it's ride is harsher than an SRT4 with adjustable coilovers, and some serious frame/traction work... Maybe it's those skinny sidewalls on 19" rims.

Either way, they are or were fun at the time... classics in the making... until we all start driving magneto hybrid electric quiet rail-gun like cars with renewable energy sources made from human and animal waste, combined with wind power from the mouths of Republican politicians talking about Iraq.
