I'm really glad Dodge is thinking of producing an affordable sports car but whoo-whee !... The Demon is pretty fuggly. Especially compared to Saturn Sky, Pontiac Solstice, Honda S2000 or Mazda MX-5 (Miata).

What's happened to Chrysler/Dodge styling???

Does EVERY Dodge have to look like a TRUCK ?

And the new Sebring is like a grab-bag of Crossfire details slapped onto a chunky unremarkable sedan body.
Does Eric Stoddard still work there ?

I would think he would be less than pleased how the Crossfire's styling details are being slapped onto everything from minivans to mid-size sedans without any regard to the overall proportion or shape of the vehicle.

I realize styling is subjective but the door, hood, trunk and fascia seams and cut-lines run every which way without any regard to the lines of the car.

Only Jeep seems to get it right. The TrailHawk looks really cool and the bulbous ugly Compass has generated such a negative reaction all the new Jeeps are going to be squared-off and properly Jeep-like.

The Crossfire is a super cool looking car. But you can't just rip-off various details and slap 'em onto different vehicles and expect it to work.

So I gotta ask again, Eric Stoddard, (the designer of the X-fire) where are you ?

There seems to be an entire Chrysler design department in dire need of some creative leadership...
