Drove the SRT6 to work this morning, no traffic on a long straight away so I double checked to make sure my previous statement was true. 4th gear @ 152 MPH I was @ 6,000 RPM and 5th gear @ 172 MPH I was @ 5,600 RPM and still pulling hard. So if it won't do 200, I'm sure it would be close. And I don't have 20's on the rear.
