I actually have no need to do 151 mph I wish I could get a 3.55 or so gear to help the 60 foot and 0-60 mph times.
Actually that taller gear you're talking about would give you a higher top end, you will have more revolutions of output from the rear-end than the 3.06 with the same input to the rear-end. As for the high speeds, that's something I don't do on a regular basis, I will only do that at certain times of the day, (early morning) and when there is no other traffic.
