To put it straight, the "Masters" are experimenting with the usage of aluminum and barium discharges in the stratosphere to change the weather in an attempt to forestall "global warming". These "chemtrails" have been observed to last far longer then a normal contrail...There is currently a bill before the Congress of the US to effect such a plan...Some people believe there are health repercussions in doing so...a grain of salt...
