Dupli-Color has a Premium Touch-Up Repair Kit called Scratch Fix 2 in 1. I costs around $20 and comes with small amounts of spot putty, filler primer, clear coat, a contoured sanding disc, self adhesive sanding sheets and finishing compound. It also comes with a complete set of instructions.

You use the touch-up paint from Chrysler with it.

Looks simple, but I just bought it and have not tried it yet. You might want to check it out.
