thanks azoutlaw & vegas!, you're right, there are many of us (i'm certain) that appreciate the humorous, lighter side of this forum as well...! it's a great group of people, and for all our little quirks, we all seem to continue to learn something from one another.

anyway, thanks too, wes, for your comments...as my shot under the hood would look very different than the one posted (glad to hear you suspect it was pre-production...mine is much more sporty and attractive as well...and though i don't know a darn thing about what's under there, i'm proud to show it off)...

Anyway, given that i have such limited knowledge/intimacy with my engine and it's mechanicals (I leave all that high-tech stuff to the wonderful techs at my dealership), it's good to know when others see something different, they, as forum members, are willing to discuss it without question and educate the rest of us. i'm thankful... bonster
