Okay, here are more... (I knew I couldn't keep it to just three!)

1. Automated phone systems! Trying to get through and speak to an actual human is almost impossible with some company's.

2. Having to enter all your information via the touch-pad on your phone, then, when a "live" person actually takes your call, they ask you for the same damn information. Why the hell did I have to do all that in the first place?!

3. Making an appointment for some service to come to your home, and they give you the "...We'll be there between 12 and 5." Gee, thanks for nothing. Could you narrow that down a little?
