They are always on. -9 to 0 to +9. That's it. -9 is pretty quiet.
Now for the interesting part! Turn on your heated seat to Hi (if you have them), set the bass to +9, treble to about +4 or so, find a good hard rock station, then turn the volume up all the way to 40! TALK ABOUT A GREAT BACK MASSAGE! DANG HARD TO BEAT!! It's the next best thing to soft hands!
