Yes you are right it is an import in every sense of the word, that was a " tongue in cheek" statement. In today's global economy with Hyundai's built here and GTO's built in Australia brand names don't mean a whole lot. I must admit it kind of irked me a little when I had my '99 Dodge Ram and I opened the driver's door to get in if I looked at the sticker the thing that jumped out at me was "Made in Mexico".
