Ok let's get practical.
1) Open door fully by hand (cracked speaker grills are due to footopenitus)
2) Left leg out.
3) Duck head, lean forward and to the left, twist shoulders.
4) Now this is the trick... Hook left elbow behind seat back side bolster and push with elbow.
5) Twist hips and thrust up with left leg (kinda of a one leg squat)
It's like a golf swing...practice makes perfect.
