I am very proud of the worth of my crossfire, the performance (if not demanding greater than that), the look ...especially the look. And in 2004, it was 2nd in Singapore and there were only like less than 5 at that time.
But am not proud of how much I had to pay for it.
Explaining the price, will have to explain why is it that much, which means explaining how it is being parallel import, the various taxes, which lead to the question "how much is it monthly" as ...quite unbelievably high monthly payment, it will be more ridiculous if I told them I paid cash. Which will lead to them checking me in IRS. Not THAT bad but people will be sorta kinda curious what I do for a living. Then I will have to start with "Once upon a time..." etc etc etc.
With the price I paid for, that's one of the reasons why I will never mod. my crossfire. Other than the tyres when I have to drive to and fro construction site for 9 months. After that was back to stock. In 10 years time or if I live right up to 84 (if I live right) there won't be any other original crossfire except the "classique" mine. o...k just kidding.
Approaching to 3 years, I am glad I owned a coupe. At least I don't have to worry about the glances on the road. I am couped and embraced in sweet-ride-o-mine. Yeaha.

Wauw that was a long speech. Thank you thank you. (,")
actually man we do not tell people the price off the crossfire because it is so damn cheap here for us... at least that is why I do not tell them how much my car costs... from looking at it especially with the modifications many of us have done a not so experienced car guy would assume it's price is over 100k, but fortunately for those that know... it is not...
