"Private lease" would suggest that an individual leased the vehicle.

One thing to keep in mind with respect to the 7/70 powertrain warranty is that it does not apply to vehicles leased and put into service as rentals. Someone had that question here recently. Even though he/she was the 2nd owner, the powertrain protection wasn't transferable.
