Yep, my wife's '06 300C AWD has the hemi and is built on a Mercedes chassis, and bolted to a Mercedes transmission, and has the Mercedes engine management system... Now with a good shoe horn, and a little luck, that 5.7 could fit right in... Could be a little interesting to say the least!
