I used glue for both parts without screws and without relying much on the tape.. the windscreen does slightly stick out on the edges, but you will not notice that soon and the side grills are a little too small so a small part of the plastic remains showing, the bad thing I could say is that the windscreen creates wind noise at about 90 mph+... and Steve you should not have a problem if you decide to take off the windscreen as the glue that they are sent with is not all too strong and there are liquids out there that will... dismantle it's effect... all in all I am not to happy with these parts and if I had to do it again I would remove the windscreen and side grills and ship them out to be chromed...
