Dealers will never give you a fair price, no matter what the car. That's just how they do business. I was trading in a Honda Odyssey a few years ago, also very, very clean. These vans were hard to find. There was a waiting list for new ones, and the used ones were sold almost at near prices, yet they offered me $14K on a two year old van that originally list at $30K. I sold it privately for $23K.
