There are numerous members here who are over 6 ft, and a weight to match.
The majority don't have complaints.
Depending on the roads your commute is on, you should see reasonable gas mileage. (I get high 20's on long Interstate trips).
Regarding putting that mileage on a car - this car has a proven transmission/driveline etc., so no worries there.
