As I stated: It learns your habits and adjusts.

If one day you drive like a grandma and the next you drive like speed racer it adjust to your driving habits, so the end results in this scenario would be a moderate driver; so it averages your driving habits.

However, should you always throw the peddle to the metal, you would end up with a different driving characteristic and therefore a different throttle response.
