Default Only Three bolts on the flange...

The "y" pipe joins the back half of the exhaust with a three bolt flange. 13mm bolts and 11mm nuts if I remember correctly. There is a metal "dounut" gasket in between.
Really nothing to it. My car only had 2,000 miles on it so the hardware wasn't even rusty yet. If your nuts and bolts are really crusty you may want to get a new set in case you destroy the old ones trying to get 'em off. The rubber hangers will sip off with a little rubber compatible lube. They make a little metal hooky thing with a handle to help reach up and unhook the exhaust hangers. I've seen 'em in parts stores for about ten bucks. Really helps getting the two on the rear end of the muffler on and off, especially if you have big fat hands and fingers.

This is about as easy as exhaust work can get. Pretty much guarantee you'll skin a knuckle or two and cuss a few times fighting the rubber hangers but it'll all be done with in less that an hour!
