From what I am reading, Mercedes will still maintain 20% ownership in Chrysler. Also the deal with Chrysler being sold should not be finalized until October of this year. The biggest thing we all should see is with the UAW. I'm reading that the new majority share holder is expected to file bankruptcy after the deal is finalized which will drastically cut the cost of labor when it comes to building the Chrysler line up of vehicles. Not my opinion, just what I'm reading in the news.
