I applaud the testers for draining the oil and filling with fresh oil and a new stock filter to establish a baseline. Much better than a number of other magazines have done in the past.

I would have liked to see a dyno run with the just pure power filter and the Brand X oil in addition to the other dyno runs.

However the article does not address my main concern with this filter. Which is not HP/TQ increase but one of filtration. I would like to see a test with a lab report from a reputable source like Blackstone labs.
