the upcoming '08 M3 will be faster than the srt-6...
as for the '01 - '06 e46 M3... the srt-6 should beat it... especially in the big end/at higher speeds...thanks to the super charger.
and this is coming from a guy who owned an '02 M3 before my crossfire... and my M3 ran 13.08 at the track (6 speed).
