Does anyone know what this process is like and how picky they are going to be?
I know absolutely nothing about this process, so I can't offer any advice. But if you get a chance to watch them look your car over, let us know if they checked for rust under the rubber door seal.
It wouldn't surprise me if they charged the leasee for any repair in this area since it constitutes surface rust. Which I believe is not covered under warranty.
