i have a craftsman 'professional' 11 inch orbital (polish/buffer) that i use on rare occasion... they work quite well and are near idiot proof...
application suggestions:
once you squeeze supplied liquid/polish onto the round terry cloth orbital pad... evenly smooth product out by hand... this will also aid with excess product being left behind in cracks, etc.
i would recommend applying product one panel at a time and make use of an extra cotton wax pad with additional supplied cleaning product to cover area(s) orbital can't reach... remove product while wet.
just be sure not to bump any flat black plastics... this will leave product/polish residue behind (mirror triangle cap and trim on roof edge above window area). also no need to heavily apply product... this will just leave white residue in cracks and creases once it dries.
hope this helps...
