IMHO, like it or not, your Crossfire is labeled a CHYRSLER!. A Jaguar is labeled as a Jaguar, even though Jaguar is owned by Ford. I have owned two Jaguars, and in no way, shape, or form do they resemble a Ford (thank God).
Yes, my Crossfire was purchased from a Chrysler dealer as a new car made by Chrysler, but I know that it had the sheet with it that says it has 89% German content, was built by Karmann in Germany, has mostly Mercedes parts, design, and heritage from a SLK 320, and the car itself knows that it is basically a Mercedes with a different label on it and is very happy with it (I can tell that by the way she likes to drive, perform, and makes me smile like a maniac when I drive it

I don't give a damn that it says Chrysler.
I am just ecstatic that I am lucky enough to own and enjoy one.
