It would appear that you are running the front speakers off the factory amp and the rears off the radio. If that is the case you will have more sound output from the front due to the amplifier and a high level input signal to that amplifier than the amp in the radio.
Yes I believe the front speakers are running off the factory amp.
does that mean I need an amp for the rear speakers so both front and rear have the same volume?
