Sorry I don't have the exact answer you're looking for, but please realize that having negative camber is not necessarily an evil thing. In fact, in the right doses, it can be a very good thing. Also, toe eats up tires worse than camber does. A couple degrees of camber with zero toe shouldn't really be a big deal for tire wear.
