Confirms what I'd learned from the Karmann website; they really had a crucial role in development of this car as well as actually
producing them !
Karmann does have a new factory here in the US producing top assemblies for the Sebring and Pontiac G6. Maybe an independent Chrysler could use them to get the Firepower into production quickly and efficiently ! I hear the new plant is capable of low volume full body production...
