I took the car in when the condensation was still wet and the guy said this was normal, he did nothing about it, now as a result I have the hazing. If I bring in the tsb and show them the head lights now, are they required to fix and or replace under warranty?
This is not normal and should be covered under warranty. There are 2 fixes for the problem and totally up to the dealer. The first is to install a "vent kit" to the headlamps, if this does not work (and it usually doesn't) the headlamps should be replaced under warranty. I have had my headlamps replaced 3 times under warranty, 2 vent kits and then they were finally replaced under warranty.
