Got me wondering more too, so I did the research in the service manual. Fuse 12 in the underhood accessory fuse block is infact a 10 amp fuse, but in the electrical diagram in the service manual, it shows that it has a fuse, but it's not used for anything. I also went through the narrative for the wiper system in the service manual and it makes no mention of heated wipers.
It is confusing why they would put a fuse in and then label it for heated wipers when we don't have heated wipers. Also none of the pictures of the wiper nozzles show wires going to them indicating they would have a heater in them, plus the washer fluid bottle don't have a heater in it. It really is confusing. Makes ya want to have a nice cold brew and ponder it a while longer... Hmmm, think I will!!
