The long term downside is availability of parts and knowledge of how to use them for proper repairs. As for the price estimate, it's about right for a very low mileage Chrysler executive resale program vehicle (usually well under 1,000 miles) but may be slightly low for a technically untitled car. Check the eBay listings - there was one in Scottsdale just last week. Regardless, it's still the bargain of the century. After you spend more time in it, it may not end up as the wife's car.
