Right Texex, in fact that was a known thing before we stumbled into that little BAS/ESP "bug".

They found it but they had the wait for the part and they didn't want me to be deprived of taking the Crossfire to a July 4 parade, so I rolled the car out the same day.

The BAS/ESP "bug" was a totaly team effort between my dealership and Chrysler. They licked it and now the car works perfectly.
