Hey people,

I have a 2004 crossfire limited that knocks when I start it. It goes away within 5 to 10 sec. but it's loud enough to turn heads in the parking lot when it starts. It seems to be the worst after having sat for 3 or 4 hours.

Chrylser is telling me that it is a normal part of vehicle operation and don't want to repair it. I personally have never heard a car with only 13,600 miles on it knock when it's started so I don't know where they are getting that from. Now they are assigning a mediator to my case to get it resolved.

My question is: Is anyone else having this problem and if so, have you tried to get a resolution to it and what was your outcome?
