311 is for the non SRT roadster
312 is for the SRT-6
They are pretty much all the same (within a 1/4") of each other in height but very different in density, rebound. I think your problem may be the sway bar -disconnect it and see if the car settles. DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR WITH THE SWAY BAR REMOVED...re-attach, or you may find that you need a shorter linkage.
Is there a bump stop in the SRT6 shock? The Eibach tech said he thought if I took the shock out, took off the dust cover I would probably find a bump stop that could be removed. But I find that hard to believe.
