It stands for "Flexible Service System". It is described on page 96 of the owner's manual. A computer in your car determines when service is due according to the condition of oil, time/milage etc since last service. The directions on how to use it are also on the same page.

On page 227 you will find information on the Maintenance schedules of which there are two... A and B.
