Its doable, no doubt about that. I've had 3 aftermarket turbo/superchargers and there's not that much to them from a hardware perspective. If anyone ever watched those import tuning shows on Speed where tuners build kits from scratch; its just takes good fabricators. The big deal is and always will be fuel/timing control via the ecu. If that can be done correctly the rest is just grunt work.
