Sure they'll still be selling Crossfires in 2008 but they'll be '07 VIN code models left over. Just like I purchased a new '06 in March 2007. I can't imagine Cerebreus extending the contract with Karmann extra years when there is a backlog of unsold '07s waiting for the '06s to be moved out. On the other hand since Chrysler gets all the existing inventory as part of the "divorce" then M-Benz has already paid for the all existing unsold Crossfires. Why not just "blow 'em out" then. Raise some cash flow and increase showroom traffic at the same time. It was an ad from my local Jeep dealer offering '06 Crossfires for less than 20k. That did the trick for me ! I wasn't even in the market for a sports car but damn, that's a "no brainer"...twenty grand for a brand new Mercedes sports car with an exotic designer body...
