Not really because the fuel tank is in the trunk, but I'm sure you can figure something out, that is if you really want a lithium starter battery. Next your going to have to engineer a special battery regulator to charge the battery, big $$$, and you might also have to redesign the alternator, more $$$.

God forbid you accidentally overcharge the lithium battery, because they burn at 2,500 - 3,000 deg F.
