I can attest to Adam's customer service being top-notch. I had some items that were on backorder. They were so aggressive about getting them to me as soon as they were available that I wound up with two shipments. I called and asked if they wanted me to return one and they said to just keep it. They didn't want their mistake to inconvenience a customer. That attitude earned them a loyal customer who says good things about them on online forums.
