Yes, I agree it's to CYA themself. However, they are smart enough to nip it in the bud, versus pissing off their customers--which is customer service. Unlike DCX which is not doing anything about the radio (at least yet). They certainly know of the problem, but are ignoring it rather than just take care of it for their loyal customers.
