I talked with a gentleman who will be able to make them. We are trying to determine if they should be polypropylene or aluminum. If there are no vertical fins, I am concerned with the poly... warping. The OEM models are made of this or styrene. Because they are reinforced by the fins and don't act as a wing, there should be no problem with them warping.

My design, we are aiming at a finished price of under $200 (CF finish included).

Now for another "poll". I can get the Chrysler OEM diffusers at a low cost if I buy in qty. There would be additional savings if you wanted them coated with the CF finish. They would come to me with no freight charge. So you would only pay S&H from me ($30 - $35 continental USA) I can sell these for less than $300 if we can get 10 or more people to commit.
