The drain tube sometimes can easily be seen from underneath the car if its pulled out a lot however be it that its so close to the huge rear tires grime. The dirt usually kicks up and plugs it. I had mine pushed upwards toward the hole in the well and that prevents any clogging as its tucked up. Easy FIX though.
