I can tell ya that if the car has less than 50 miles on it getting one for any less than $25k is pretty slim. If you wait for the "right" price then you'll definitely miss out. Mine had 19 miles on it with an in-service date of 2/07, and a nav. I'm happy.

Sure beats the $44,000 back when it was new.
Expect the dealer to get a 3 to 5K profit out of them which is considerably less then the average $7K on simple Cherokee's back in the mid 90's. Overhead is a lot higher today too.
